ISRO places 2 foreign earth observation satellites in orbit

Two satellites aboard the PSLV belong to Surrey Satellite Technologies Ltd (SSTL), UK, and is carried under a commercial arrangement with Antrix Corp Ltd - the commercial arm of ISRO.
